What is the X-ada Beta Software Program?
The X-ada Beta Software Program lets users try out pre-release software. The feedback you provide on quality and usability helps us identify issues, fix them, and make our software even better. Please note that since the public beta software has not yet been commercially released by X-ada, it may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not function as well as commercially released software. Install the beta software only on non-production devices that are not business critical.
How do I get the published betas?
As a member of the X-ada Beta Software Program, you will be able to download the latest published betas, as well as subsequent updates, directly from your Dashboard on our website. Any conversion/migration projects built by you will remain intact when installing the any new beta software release.
How do I provide my feedback to X-ada?
When you experience an issue or something does not work as expected, send your feedback directly to X-ada from your Dashboard on our website.
Who can participate?
The X-ada Beta Software Program is open to any qualifying business who fills out the Beta Program Questionnaire and accepts the X-ada Beta Software Program Agreement during the sign-up process. Once your participation is approved and the agreement is accepted, a login account will be created for you on our website and you will be notified by email.
Do I have to pay a fee to join the program or pay for software?
No. Both the program and software are free.
What kind of compensation do I receive for testing?
This program is voluntary, and there is no compensation for your participation.
Is the public beta software confidential?
Yes, the published beta software is X-ada confidential information. You should not install the published beta software on any systems you don’t directly control or that you share with others. Do not blog, post screen shots, tweet, or publicly post information about the public beta software, and don’t discuss the public beta software with or demonstrate it to others who are not in the X-ada Beta Software Program. If X-ada has publicly disclosed technical information about the published beta software, it is no longer considered confidential. Read our Agreement Terms for full details.

What are the system requirements for running X-ada ConVerge software?
X-ada ConVerge is a Microsoft Windows-based application that has the following requirements:
  • A 64-bit physical or virtual machine that runs Microsoft Windows 10 or greater or Microsoft Windows Server 2016 or greater.
  • At least 16 GB RAM.
  • At least 1 TB available space on hard disk or solid-state disk drive.
How do I remove the published beta software from my system and install the next public release?
If you have an active subscription license, you can download the latest public release from the website. Installing that public release will overwrite the beta software release. Any conversion/migration projects built by you will remain intact when installing the new software release.
How do I leave the X-ada Beta Software Program?
You can Unenroll from the program from your Dashboard. Follow the instructions to Uninstall the beta software from your system.
